Andy and Maxine – Waterside
We went to our caravan last weekend to open up. We found everything was just fine and the park looked pristine.
I went to the office to pay my arrears on the finance. A very pleasant Lady also explained to me about the ground rent discount and £100.00 free electric.. Please take full payment for the finance from now on.
Thank you so much for your help in reducing the payments , that really helped us, thank you for the reduction in next years ground rent and the electric.
We are both so grateful for your help and really appreciate coming back to our caravan to find NO problems at all.
Could you also please pass on our comments and thanks to Andrew, it really means a lot us.
looking forward to seeing you soon ,
