Frequently Asked Questions

Can we sublet our caravan?

On our park we do have sections where you’re able to sublet your caravan to holidaymakers, we also have sections such as The Haven at Highfield which are strictly owner only.

If you’re looking to purchase a caravan to sublet to holidaymakers please confirm with us before you purchase that you wish to do this so we can ensure you’re located within a section of our parks that is suitable for sub-letting.

Do you buy caravans?

If you’re selling a static caravan, lodges or holiday home & you’re located on our park, or another park we will be more than happy to offer you a purchase price for your caravan.

Are dogs allowed on your holiday parks?

We’re both dog & family friendly. We do ask to ensure that dogs are well behaved and that all dog fouling is cleared up. If this isn’t done we are within our rights to issue you with a warning for violating park rules.

Do you offer finance for holiday homes and lodges?

Yes, we offer our own in-house finance options with a minimum of £25% deposit required on any new or used holiday home. If you would like to find out more information, please feel free to contact us.

Do I own the land?

No, you are buying a home with a licence to use the land on which the home is positioned. To continue using the pitch you will be required to pay yearly site fees to the park.

Are the park homes suitable for all seasons?

Yes, all our park homes and lodges are built to BS3632 standards meaning they are fit for year-round occupancy. Insulated to keep your homes/lodges warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Do you take commission on sublets?

No, we do not take a commission of any sublets that you make.

We do however ask that you ensure holidaymakers are respectable and considerate when using your caravan as a holiday. This is to ensure all guests and holiday home owners get to enjoy their stays at our parks.

If there is repeated issues with guests staying at your holiday home we will be within our rights to stop sub-letting and issue you with a park warning.
