We’re excited to be open again on the 4th July

We are looking forward to welcoming you back on the 4th July.

Update 23rd July
Following government guidelines from Friday 24th July it will be compulsory for you to wear a facemask when visiting the office on any of our parks.

In the light of the Government’s announcements and guidance, and in particular, to ensure we do nothing to add to the burden of our wonderful NHS, all of our Holiday Home and Touring Parks have been closed since March 22nd 2020 except, under government requirements, to those whom have no other residence.

A Welcome Gift
We have been working hard to keep your Holiday Home safe, and the Parks looking really good in your absence to ensure your return is as enjoyable and safe as possible. Although over the last 3 months our costs to maintain our parks have continued we would like to welcome you back with a welcome back gift of up to £400.

For Highfields & Haven, Waterside (excluding tourers) and Beacon Park we’ve decided, whether you’ve chosen to pay your ground rents by Option 1, 2 or 3, and provided your pitch fees have been paid, we’ll GIVE YOU a £100 credit on your electricity card THIS year. If for whatever reason there is any amount still outstanding on your ground rent provided payment is made by 31st July 2020 this gift will apply.

IN ADDITION for 2021, again whichever Option for payment you chose and provided your pitch fees have been paid, we will GIVE YOU a further £300 credit against your final ground rent payment.

For Tourers, for those paying the full years rents on time, tourers on the Hard Standing will receive a £40 Electricity CREDIT this year and a £150 CREDIT  off their pitch fee next year & for tourers on grass a £40 Electricity credit this year and a £100 CREDIT off their pitch fee next year.

For Willow Lake Holiday Park we’ve decided, for those paying the full years rents on time, they will receive a £150 CREDIT  off their pitch fee next year.

THIS IS A TOTAL OF UP TO £400, WELCOME BACK!

Your park
Please read the guidance about your individual park by clicking the image on the right (or below on a mobile phone), this will give information on your park and the measures we are putting in place to keep you and your family safe when you are back on our Park.

Your safety is paramount to us and on your return to the Park, you will see the work our teams have been doing to ensure you and your family’s safety when we are able to reopen.

Touring Parks
The Touring Park on Waterside Leisure Park will also be open on the 4th of July. The wash block is now open. Please follow the Covid 19 health and safety signs and advice. Only 2 people in the wash block at any one time. We have, for obvious reasons, turned off the hot air hand dryers, please bring your own towels.

Subletting of your holiday homes?
If your Licence Agreement allows letting your holiday home, please confirm you have read and will apply the government guidelines and other relevant information by signing the Letting List Form more info can be found on Subletting Your Holiday Home.

Covid 19 updates
The Parks are looking great and all our teams are being made aware of and trained with regard to the Covid 19 Health and Safety Requirements and the assessments we have carried out.

We will be updating our advice, for your information and safely, as more information is made available by the Government

Leicester Lockdown
Due to the recent lock-down restrictions in Leicester, we would ask that any customers who are from the following areas do not return to the park until lock-down has been lifted. This decision will be reviewed after the 17th July 2020

* Glenfield
* Glen Parva
